About Us – Our Teaching Team
Every Learning Consultant and Instructor at Reading Success Learning Center is a state certified educator with classroom teaching experience.
All of our teachers have earned a Bachelor’s degree and most have also earned a Master’s degree.
Our teaching team includes educators who are experts in a variety of areas including: Reading, Literacy, Math, English, History, Spanish, Early Childhood, Elementary, Middle School, Exceptional Student Education, and ESOL.
Everyone on our teaching team is highly effective because they are extremely knowledgeable, experts at differentiating instruction, and passionate about helping students develop to their full potential.
Camille Aloi is the founder and owner of Reading Success Learning Center, a certified Professional Educator, a skilled Reading Specialist, and an experienced Learning Consultant.
Mrs. Aloi has more than 25 years of experience in New York State and in Florida setting structures in place to ensure Student Achievement and to promote School Improvement.
As a Reading Specialist, Camille is an expert at diagnosing reading difficulties and designing individualized reading plans for students K-12 and adults. She is extremely successful at planning and implementing differentiated instruction so that all students have an opportunity to be successful.
As a Learning Consultant, Camille has mentored hundreds of educators through her affiliation with six public school districts, a charter school system, and several private schools. Camille has also taught many Literacy courses in several teacher education programs at private colleges in New York State and the State University of New York at Buffalo State College.
Mrs. Aloi has earned a Master of Science in Education & Reading and a Master of Science in School District Administration & Supervision from Canisius College in New York and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and an Associate in Applied Science in Business from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
Camille Aloi holds Professional Education Certificates in New York and Florida including Reading K-12, Elementary (N, K-6), Social Studies 6-12, Business, Marketing, School District Administrator/Educational Leadership and ESOL Endorsement.
Camille has been married to her husband Joe for almost 50 years. They live in Port St. Lucie with their loveable Pekingese, Princess. When Camille has spare time, she loves to read, cook, shop, visit with friends and family, and snuggle with Princess. Camille also enjoys supporting homeschooling parents by providing free advice and facilitating a reading support group for parents at Reading Success Learning Center.
Marty Moon has 37 years of experience instructing students and motivating reluctant learners in grades 5-12.
Ms. Moon has earned a Master of Science in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Georgia Southern College.
Marty holds a Florida Professional Educator Certificate in English (6-12), World Languages/Spanish (K-12), ESOL Endorsement and Middle Grades Endorsement.
When Marty is not working with students or volunteering in the community, she enjoys golfing, walking on the beach and singing in her church choir.
Christina McAfee has 18+ years of experience teaching children and coaching teachers K-6.
Mrs. McAfee earned a Master of Arts in English from University of Memphis and a Bachelor of Education plus a Bachelor of Psychology from the University of Toronto.
Christina holds a Florida Professional Educator Certificate in Elementary K-6 and in English for Speakers of Other Languages K-12.
Christina is married and has 3 children and a dog named Ruby. In her spare time she enjoys volunteering at school, gardening, reading, and developing her yoga.
Marie Ely has more than 13 years of experience teaching Math to students in middle school. She tutors students in grades 5 through high school in Basic Math, Pre-Algebra and Algebra.
Mrs. Ely has earned a Master of Science in Education from Walden University.
Marie holds a Florida Professional Educational Certificate in Mathematics (5-9).
Mrs. Ely lives in Port St. Lucie with her husband and three children. Marie loves teaching in middle school. When she is not teaching students, Marie enjoys reading and traveling.
Jennifer Taylor has more than 7 years of experience as a classroom teacher in grades K-3. Jennifer utilizes multi-sensory techniques to differentiate instruction in order to ensure that all of her students experience success.
Ms. Taylor earned a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Florida Atlantic University.
Jennifer holds a Florida Professional Education Certificate in Elementary K-6, Exceptional Student Education K-12, and ESOL Endorsement.
When Jennifer is not teaching children, she enjoys spending time with family, walking on the beach, and riding on a motorcycle.
Jeannine King has more than 7 years of experience teaching students K-12 and coaching classroom teachers.
Ms. King has earned a Master of Science in Literacy Education (Birth-Grade 6).
Jeannine holds a New York State Professional Certificate in Literacy (Birth-Grade 6).
When not teaching children, Ms. King enjoys developing learning tools for educators and co-authoring picture books with children. We are very fortunate to have Jeannine as our very own visiting teacher/author who facilitates writing workshops and co-authors books with our students during summer sessions
Courtney Still has more than 9 years of experience utilizing differentiated instruction to ensure student achievement in Basic Math, Middle School Math 6/7, Pre-Algebra, Algebra 1 & 2, College Algebra, and Geometry.
Courtney has earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Quantitative Analysis and Secondary Education from Mount Union College.
Mrs. Still holds a Florida Professional Educational Certificate in Mathematics (5-9).
When Mrs. Still is not teaching students, she enjoys sewing, crafting, boating with her husband, and dancing with her daughter.
